How wholesale works

Tell us about your shop

Complete a short retailer application so we can verify your business and make sure Glasslings are a good fit.

Choose at least 20 retail sets. Each collection is ordered in case packs of two.

Create one PDF containing your application, complete order, prices and wholesale specifications.

The friendly fine print

Simple expectations make for happy stockists and happy little Glasslings.

Pricing: $12 wholesale per set of six. Suggested retail price is $24, providing a 50% retailer gross margin at MSRP.
Opening minimum: 20 retail ready sets / $240 wholesale, with $480 potential retail value.
Case packs: Two sets per collection. Reorders require at least six sets / $72.
Review: Email the downloaded packet to Charmed@GlasslingsCo.com. Applications and requested orders are reviewed within three business days.
Payment: Approved orders are prepaid through a secure invoice or payment link. Card information is never collected on this site or included in the PDF.
Fulfillment: Approved, paid orders are expected to ship within seven business days unless seasonal timing is noted.
Shipping: Shipping is charged to the retailer unless a written promotion states otherwise.
Returns and damages: Wholesale orders are final sale except verified damage or fulfillment error. Report damages or shortages with photographs within seven calendar days.
Safety: Glasslings contain small magnets and are intended for adult use. Retailers must preserve product safety information.
